Configuring Yahoo Mail to Accept Emails from Us

How to stop Yahoo Mail from blocking our emails and alerts.

Depending on its current configuration, Yahoo Mail may classify email received from us as spam. Should this be the case, you would find our email messages diverted to the "Bulk" folder of your Yahoo Mail account rather than reaching the inbox. If you are currently not receiving some or all of our emails, you need to change your Yahoo Mail account settings. Proceed as follows:

  1. If you find any of our email in the 'Bulk' folder, all you need to do is open that email and click on the link 'This is not SPAM', which is located immediately following the 'From' line in the email.

We use the following email address to mail out all our correspondence:
  2. /feedback.asp
  3. To ensure that mail from us will never be considered spam (filtered out as "junk") and will instead find its way into your inbox, you can also manually enter our three email addresses into your Yahoo Address Book.

  4. You can also set up filters for our emails. Go to the "Mail Option" page in the "Management" section and look for the "Filters Setting" page.

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact our technical support staff.
