What information do we collect?

Part of the registration page has personal questions intended for providing our users the best online web experience for financial information and for providing our partners and advertisers with the means to deliver the right product.

Will Index-Day-Trading ever disclose any of this personal information?
Index-Day-Trading will never disclose personal information individually. If we share any information to our partners and affiliates it will always be general information from all of our users. We also ensure that all of our partners and advertisers sign confidentiality agreements to safeguard this information and they must conform to our privacy practices.

How does Index-Day-Trading protect customer information?
When you first register with us, access and make changes to personal account information, or subscribe to a new service, we process your requests via a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the personal information we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Will Index-Day-Trading use my personal information to contact me?
Index-Day-Trading will only contact you if we have your permission to do so. We would then only send information about various products, services, and upgrades. If you would rather not receive this information, simply tell us when you first give us your personal information.

How does Index-Day-Trading use cookies?
We only use cookies to make our site convenient for you. When you are moving from section to section, information that you have entered travels with you stored in the cookie. This allows us to automatically load pages with information we know you are interested in. For example, if you are looking at analysis for a particular indicator we store that indicator in a cookie so that when you later want a detailed quote we can automatically load the data for that stored indicator. No personal information is ever stored on a cookie from Index-Day-Trading on your computer. And when you close your browser at the end of your session on the Index-Day-Trading site our cookies are deleted.
